December 2009 - SDLT.co.uk records highest level of submissions in a single month since the service was launched in 2005.
SDLT.co.uk has seen a gradual upturn in the number of submissions per month since May and this mirrors what other statistics from mortgage lenders and the Land Registry have been showing. December was perhaps particularly busy as people rushed to move before Christmas and take advantage of completion before the stamp duty threshold went back up on 1st January.

In December 2008 SDLT.co.uk in partnership with Oyez Straker processed it's highest ever volume of SDLT form submissions
In December 2008 SDLT.co.uk in partnership with Oyez Straker processed it's highest ever volume of SDLT form submissions with over 500 different firms submitting via it's leading e-submission system. Against the backdrop of a challenging economic outlook it just proves that SDLT.co.uk continues to be the market leading independent e-SDLT form submission system for legal firms property departments. From the high street firm to the volume conveyancing firms to top 250 firms SDLT.co.uk continues to provide a robust, proven and cost effective solution.
Archie Courage, MD of SDLT.co.uk, notes "we understand from recent new clients that the 'pay-as-you-submit' disbursement model is the winning reason for using SDLT.co.uk as particularly in tough times non rechargeable licence fees for an uncertain amount of use is not attractive"
Nick Hodges, MD of Oyez Professional Services, comments "since announcing our partnership with SDLT.co.uk, feedback from our clients using the e-submission system has been very positive - with the key comment being on the ease of use. We look forward to extending our relationship with SDLT.co.uk into other e-submission areas during 2009."

July 2008 - A good month for SDLT.co.uk in a declining property market
"Even with difficult times in the property market, SDLT.co.uk processed in July 2008 it's highest ever volume of SDLT form submissions due to a continual increase in new firm sign ups. Certainly firms are submitting less volumes but the race for 1st November 2008 when bar coded paper is to be banned by HMRC has meant a cautious market settling on the SDLT.co.uk solution as its preferred one. Thus new firm sign ups are just counteracting the general reduction in volumes compared to this time last year. This is testament to the pay as you go disbursement charge model we operate and the unrivalled service we provide. SDLT.co.uk continues to cement it's position as the market leading independent SDLT e-submission system in the UK." Archie Courage, MD, SDLT.co.uk.
